NO CAR PARKING - In vacant sites.  Check with the office to avoid fees.

VANDALIZING AND LITTERING will not be tolerated. In case of vandalizing, you will be asked to leave and full restitution to Indian Creek will be made.

QUIET HOURS - 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. For those early risers, please be considerate of your fellow campers.

NO GENERATORS  in tent area.

ALL PETS MUST  be on a leash - quiet and not left unattended. Dogs are to be walked in designated areas only for all potty.  Pets are not allowed in store, recreation room, restrooms or laundry.

FIRES in designated places only.

PERSON WITH OVERNIGHT GUESTS PLEASE have them register at the office. There is an extra charge.

CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 a.m. Arrangements need to be made to avoid extra fees. 

RESTROOMS are cleaned from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

NIGHT EMERGENCIES    Emergency phone numbers are posted at self check in house and Main Lodge office.

NO   washing vehicles in park.

KEEP ALL GARBAGE PICKED UP and in garbage containers NO FISH - TAKE TO PORT.

NO FISH IN GARBAGE - TAKE TO PORT.

WHEN DEPARTING PLEASE clean up your site and recheck that you have no left anything behind.

We reserve the right to refuse any vehicle not meeting RIVA codes or our standards. We reserve the right to refuse service to or evict anyone violating any rule. Guests assume all risk of use. We are not responsible for any loss or injury due to, but not limit to, fire, theft, vandalism, accident, negligence or acts of nature. You are liable for the actions of your pets, children, and guests and are financially responsible for any damage done to park facilities.  Cancellation fees may be imposed.  Your consent to these rules, risk and responsibilities is agreed to by your remaining in the park.
